At Evitas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Evitas account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
